Our plans are straightforward bike based training programs that will get you prepared for an event of your choice. Starting off with a sit down chat we discuss your specific goals regarding your targeted event, then we set out a tailored 12 week training program revolving around your goals and training availability. Your training is reviewed after the first week to make sure you are on track and is also reviewed with a meeting at the end of week 6.
