Saddle Symmetry

 know, I know, its a bit close to the last blog post but I couldn't help it! Had a really cool fit the other day where the client was a bit twisted on the saddle. its really great to be able to work towards a solution. Within 90 minutes we managed to identify a tightness in the left hip that was slightly twisting our client. with a little stretching and a little foam rolling we got a much more symmetrical position and a much smoother pedal stroke too.
