Bike Fitness Classes

Our class is geared towards improving core strength and increasing your bodies flexibility in a way that will make each bike ride feel like you can push harder and simultaneously be more comfortable.
Starting with a dynamic warmup, we move into a mix of bike specific strength exercises targeting legs, including glute activation and strength, mixed in with core stability exercises and bike specific upper body movements that will help you hold yourself on the bike. We follow up with a complete body stretch that will not only leave you feeling amazing after the class is finished but also loosen you up for your next bike ride.

The class is priced at £10 a session if you book in a block of 8. Once you pay for your block be sure to sign in to each class by following the book in link.
