1. Promoter

The promoter is Edinburgh Bike Fitting, part of Bike Fit Worldwide Ltd, 81 Leith Walk, Edinburgh EH6 8LX.

2. Eligibility

Open to UK residents aged 18 or over. Employees of Edinburgh Bike Fitting or related businesses, and their immediate families, are not eligible.

3. How to Enter

Enter via the official online entry form promoted on Facebook, Instagram, or the Edinburgh Bike Fitting website. Only one entry per person is permitted. No purchase is necessary.

4. Competition Period

Entries open on [25/10/2025] and close on [07/12/2025] at 23:59 BST. Entries received after this time will not be counted.

5. Prize Details

The winner will receive:

• £1,000 Pro Bike Fit Experience

• £500 workshop credit

• One-year Bike Box rental package

• Custom insoles and accessories (subject to availability)

Prizes are non-transferable, non-refundable, and no cash alternative is available.

6. Winner Selection & Notification

One winner will be selected at random from all eligible entries within 7 days of the closing date.

The winner will be contacted by phone or email. If the winner does not respond within 7 days, a new winner will be drawn.

7. Publicity

By entering, you consent to Edinburgh Bike Fitting using your first name and photo in social posts announcing the winner (optional – you can withdraw this consent anytime).

8. General Conditions

Edinburgh Bike Fitting reserves the right to cancel or amend the giveaway in case of unforeseen circumstances.

The promoter’s decision is final.

These Terms and Conditions are governed by the laws of Scotland and subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of Scottish courts.
