Step 1

Pick your box

The Tri box fits road, gravel, TT and integrated bars. The Regular box suits a standard road bike only, at a lower daily rate.

Step 2

Collect it

81 Leith Walk, Edinburgh, EH6 8LX, on the day your hire starts. We're open Tuesday to Friday 10am to 5pm and Saturday 11am to 5pm. Bring photo ID.

Step 3

Return it

Back to the studio on the day your hire ends, in the same opening hours.

Packing service

£60 flat rate

Want us to pack your bike for you? Drop it off with us in advance and we'll pack it into the box.

Accidental damage waiver

Add it at checkout

It covers everything short of a full loss of the box. Without it, damage is charged at the cost of repair.

Which box do I need?

If you ride a TT, tri or gravel bike, or one with integrated bars, take the Tri box. The Regular box is for standard road bikes only.

Is there a deposit?

£250 is held on your card and is only charged if the box is damaged or not returned.

What if the box is damaged or lost?

Damage is charged at the cost of repair unless you've added the waiver at checkout. A lost box is charged at full replacement, so travel insurance is worth having.

What if my flight is delayed?

We're a small business and we know things can go wrong. Within reason we'll avoid extra charges, but if you return the box well outside your hire period and it was booked out to another customer, you may be charged extra.
