60 Day UK Returns

We want you to be 100% happy with your shopping experience and offer an easy-to-use 60-day returns policy. Please note that we do not currently offer free returns — you will need to cover the cost of return postage.

Customers shopping from Guernsey and Jersey are required to use our International Returns Policy. Please return items unused and in original condition, as received, within 60 days from the date of purchase. Returns can take 8–10 working days to process.

If you wish to exchange an item, please place a new order for the replacement. Please note that return postage costs are non-refundable, and we cannot assume responsibility for returned items lost in the post. Your statutory rights are not affected.

Returns Policy Terms & Conditions

• All items will be inspected upon return.
• We may apply up to a 10% restocking fee on returned products to cover fulfilment costs.
• Items may be tried on for sizing but must not be worn for activity. Please do not wear items next to the skin when trying on for hygiene reasons; shorts must be tried on over clean underwear.
• Items must be returned with all original packaging and tags attached. Returns with incomplete or damaged packaging, or missing/unattached tags, may be refused or subject to a restocking fee.
• In the unlikely event that a returned item is in an unsuitable condition, we may need to send it back to you.
• Items returned as unused/unworn that have clearly been worn, washed, or heat-moulded will be refused.
• Incomplete returns forms may delay the processing of your return.
• We cannot accept out-of-date or opened nutrition products.
• Do not apply the returns label directly to the original product packaging. Please use a box or parcel bag instead.
• We are unable to accept returns of shoes that have been heat-moulded. Edinburgh Bike Fitting cannot be held responsible for improper heat moulding.
• Please retain your proof of postage.
• Delivery charges are non-refundable unless the item is faulty or incorrect.
• In the case of partial returns, Edinburgh Bike Fitting reserves the right to void any discounts applied to the original order, with the customer liable for the full listed price.
