Pick your box

The Tri box fits road, gravel, TT, and integrated bars. The Regular box suits a standard road bike only, at a lower daily rate.

Step 2

Collect it

81 Leith Walk, Edinburgh, EH6 8LX, on the day your hire starts. We're open Tuesday to Friday 10am to 5pm and Saturday 11am to 5pm, with pick-up available outside these hours available on request. Bring photo ID.

Step 3

Return it

Back to the studio on the day your hire ends, in the same opening hours.

Accidental Damage Protection

Covers accidental damage to the box, so your £250 deposit stays untouched. It covers everything short of full loss or theft of the box. Without it, damage is charged at the cost of repair.

Race wheelset

Carbon race wheels for the same dates, packed in the box with your bike.

Which box do I need?

If you ride a TT, tri or gravel bike, or one with integrated bars, take the Tri box. The Regular box is for standard road bikes only.

Is there a deposit?

£250 is held on your card and never taken unless the box comes back damaged.

What if the box is damaged or lost?

Damage is charged at the cost of repair unless you've added Accidental Damage Protection at the time of booking. It covers everything short of full loss or theft of the box. A lost box is charged at full replacement, so travel insurance is worth having.

What if my flight is delayed?

We're a small business and we know things can go wrong. Within reason we'll avoid extra charges, but if you return the box well outside your hire period and it was booked out to another customer, you may be charged extra.
