More than a frame size

The wrong frame size or set-up can turn a dream bike into an expensive mistake. So we start with you: your position, how you ride, where, and what you want the next bike to do better than the last one.

We know a lot of bikes and brands. Bring a shortlist and we'll check it against your position on the fit bike, or come with nothing and we'll tell you what to look at. Dreaming of something fully bespoke? We'll guide you from first fit to finished build.

Two fits for one price: part one before you buy, part two when your bike arrives.

Part one

Find your frame

STEP 1

Talk it through

What you ride now, where, how far, and your goals for the new bike. Bring your shortlist if you have one.

STEP 2

Find your position

Your fitter locks in your ideal riding position on our Purely Custom fit bike, with saddle pressure mapping as a comfort check.

STEP 3

Compare the options

The fit bike is set to each frame's size and geometry, so we can check how each bike compares with your position before you buy.

STEP 4

Your recommendation

Which bike to look at, which size, and every contact point, in a personalised fit report to take away.

Part two

The full fit when your bike arrives

Part two is included in the price. We email you a link to book it. We set the new bike up to the position you found in part one, and ensure everything is dialled in properly.

What it costs

One price for both fits. The cost comes partially off the bike price if you buy through us.

More than a decade fitting riders across the UK and internationally, and over 8,000 of the studio's fits are his. Dougie takes complex cases, injury and post-surgery fits, TT and tri, and online one-to-one fits. He trained Urte.

Sam has raced for Team GB at world championships and holds Scottish national titles in cross-country, road racing and cyclocross. He is studying sport science, and he takes complex fits, post-surgery fits, and TT and tri.

Common questions

Do I need a bike in mind?

No. Bring a shortlist and we'll check it against your position on the fit bike, or come with nothing and we'll tell you what to look at.

What do I need to bring?

Your shoes and the kit you actually ride in, and your shortlist if you have one. We use our fit bike, so you don't need a bike of your own.

What happens after part one?

You leave with a recommendation and a personalised fit report. When your bike arrives, part two is the full fit, and it's included. We email you a link to book it.

What if I need to cancel?

Life happens, and we understand. You can rebook your fit as long as you give us notice.
