With Pre-Order, you can purchase the latest items added to our store in advance of them arriving with us.
Your Pre-Order is prioritised (at no additional charge); meaning that as soon as the product arrives with us, we can wrap it straight back up; ready for collection via Click & Collect or despatch to you — it often never even hits the stock room shelves!
With Pre-Launch, the date when we expect to receive the product ourselves is still a little too hazy to be confident in accepting Pre-Orders.
So, instead, you can submit your email address against the item you are interested in and we will email you as soon as stock arrives on the system.
Estimated Delivery & Collection Dates are given on Pre-Order and Pre-Launch products. They are for indication purposes only and can change at any time without notice.
The dates we provide are based on indications given by our suppliers. Whenever we get updated information from our suppliers we will endeavour to update the Estimated Delivery & Collection Dates provided on product pages.
Hassle free returns
We want you to be 100% happy with your shopping experience and offer an easy-to-use 60-day returns policy. Please note that we do not currently offer free returns — you will need to cover the cost of return postage.
Customers shopping from Guernsey and Jersey are required to use our International Returns Policy. Please return items unused and in original condition, as received, within 60 days from the date of purchase. Returns can take 8–10 working days to process.
If you wish to exchange an item, please place a new order for the replacement. Please note that return postage costs are non-refundable, and we cannot assume responsibility for returned items lost in the post. Your statutory rights are not affected.

The CX400L builds on the foundation of the CX400, delivering the same race-driven carbon platform and performance fit, now with a traditional lace closure system.
The CX400 and CX400L share the same monocoque carbon construction as the CX403, where the upper wraps around an integrated carbon sole and heel counter. Compared to traditional Race Last models, this construction adds fixed internal volume, which may feel slightly roomier than models such as the CX333 in a similar size and width.
Unlike the CX403, the CX400 incorporates engineered flex through the heel structure, allowing a comfortable out-of-box fit without heat moulding. This creates a slightly less aggressive heel hold while maintaining excellent stability due to the integrated carbon platform. Riders seeking strong performance support with improved immediate comfort often prefer this construction. Built on Lake’s Race Last, it balances pro-level stiffness, stability, and anatomical support with the timeless adjustability of laces. If you are between sizes or prefer additional room, consider sizing up 0.5–1 size.
