We started our workshop because customers kept telling us their bike position had moved after a service, and we knew we could do better. We guarantee to return your bike to its original position, unless previously specified.

Position guaranteed

Your bike comes back exactly where you left it, unless you tell us otherwise.

Cat 2 is the base, and each service builds on the one before.

Our base service

Cat 2

£175* per service

Frame and wheels washed
Full hydraulic fluid refresh
Drivetrain cleaned and premium lubed
Gears adjusted
Cables replaced*
Headset checked
Spokes and hubs checked and trued
Tyres pumped

Cat 2, plus a strip and rebuild

Cat 1

£325* per service

Everything in Cat 2, plus:

Complete strip and rebuild
Drivetrain ultrasonically cleaned and waxed, in place of the premium lube
Gears set, with firmware updates applied
Headset re-greased
Wheels trued and hubs re-greased

Cat 1, plus a detailed rebuild

Hors Catégorie

£450* per service

Everything in Cat 1, plus:

Bike detailed as well as washed
Derailleurs stripped and serviced
Brakes stripped and serviced
Brake pads/shoes changed if required*
BB and brake mounts faced and chased
Housing and hoses replaced*
Wheel hubs rebuilt, in place of re-greased
Tubeless sealant removed and replaced*
Polish on gloss frame
Custom frame protection and Silca ceramic seal wax applied
Priority turnaround

*Labour is included, but the parts cost extra: cables, housing, hoses, tubeless sealant, and brake pads or shoes, as well as any other part your bike needs. Supplements apply for an internal nipple wheel true on tubeless bikes and hub services. Not sure which service you need? Send us an enquiry and we'll tell you honestly.

How a service works

Book online, or send us an enquiry to check availability. We can advise on which service you're most likely to need, and confirm it when you drop your bike off.

Know what service you want? Select it when you book. Not sure? Send us an enquiry and we'll talk it through.

Step 2

Drop it off

We take your bike in, confirm what to expect, and let you know when we can have it back to you. Turnaround depends on the size of the job and parts availability, and we aim to get it back to you as quickly as we can.

Step 3

Pick it up

When your bike is ready, we get in touch. Pay for your service, collect your bike, and get back to enjoying your riding.

Never had a bike fit?

A service keeps your current position exactly as it was. If it's never quite felt right, our bike fitting can put it right first, then every future service keeps it exactly there.

Common questions

Will my position change after a service?

No. We guarantee to return your bike to its original position, unless you've asked us to change it.

Which service do I need?

Cat 2 is our base service. Cat 1 adds a strip and rebuild, and Hors Catégorie builds on Cat 1. Not sure? Send us an enquiry, or we'll confirm it with you when you drop your bike off.

Do the prices include parts?

Labour is included, but parts cost extra, including cables, housing, hoses, tubeless sealant, and brake pads or shoes. Supplements apply for an internal nipple wheel true on tubeless bikes and hub services.

Do you do one-off repairs?

Yes. As well as the three services above, we do one-off minor repairs and jobs. Get in touch or book a drop off and we can customise to your needs.

How long will it take?

It depends on the size of the job and parts availability, and we aim to get your bike back to you as quickly as we can. Hors Catégorie includes priority turnaround.
