Pre-Order

With Pre-Order, you can purchase the latest items added to our store in advance of them arriving with us.

Your Pre-Order is prioritised (at no additional charge); meaning that as soon as the product arrives with us, we can wrap it straight back up; ready for collection via Click & Collect or despatch to you — it often never even hits the stock room shelves!

Pre-Launch

With Pre-Launch, the date when we expect to receive the product ourselves is still a little too hazy to be confident in accepting Pre-Orders.

So, instead, you can submit your email address against the item you are interested in and we will email you as soon as stock arrives on the system.

Estimated Delivery & Collection Dates

Estimated Delivery & Collection Dates are given on Pre-Order and Pre-Launch products. They are for indication purposes only and can change at any time without notice.

The dates we provide are based on indications given by our suppliers. Whenever we get updated information from our suppliers we will endeavour to update the Estimated Delivery & Collection Dates provided on product pages.

Hassle free returns

60 Day UK Returns

We want you to be 100% happy with your shopping experience and offer an easy-to-use 60-day returns policy. Please note that we do not currently offer free returns — you will need to cover the cost of return postage.

Customers shopping from Guernsey and Jersey are required to use our International Returns Policy. Please return items unused and in original condition, as received, within 60 days from the date of purchase. Returns can take 8–10 working days to process.

If you wish to exchange an item, please place a new order for the replacement. Please note that return postage costs are non-refundable, and we cannot assume responsibility for returned items lost in the post. Your statutory rights are not affected.

If you're returning a faulty item, please contact us so we can assist you.

Returns Policy Terms & Conditions

  • All items will be inspected upon return.
  • We may apply up to a 10% restocking fee on returned products to cover fulfilment costs.
  • Items may be tried on for sizing but must not be worn for activity. Please do not wear items next to the skin when trying on for hygiene reasons; shorts must be tried on over clean underwear.
  • Items must be returned with all original packaging and tags attached. Returns with incomplete or damaged packaging, or missing/unattached tags, may be refused or subject to a restocking fee.
  • In the unlikely event that a returned item is in an unsuitable condition, we may need to send it back to you.
  • Items returned as unused/unworn that have clearly been worn, washed, or heat-moulded will be refused.
  • Incomplete returns forms may delay the processing of your return.
  • We cannot accept out-of-date or opened nutrition products.
  • Do not apply the returns label directly to the original product packaging. Please use a box or parcel bag instead.
  • We are unable to accept returns of shoes that have been heat-moulded. Edinburgh Bike Fitting cannot be held responsible for improper heat moulding.
  • Please retain your proof of postage.
  • Delivery charges are non-refundable unless the item is faulty or incorrect.
  • In the case of partial returns, Edinburgh Bike Fitting reserves the right to void any discounts applied to the original order, with the customer liable for the full listed price.

The Elan is our first Ready to Ride titanium road bike, built to the same exacting standards as our custom frames. Designed for fast road and endurance riding, it delivers refined performance and comfort without the wait of a fully bespoke build.

Crafted from 3Al/2.5V titanium, the Elan delivers a ride feel that is lively and engaging while remaining comfortable over long distances. It’s well suited to everything from fast-paced club runs to longer weekend rides, offering a balanced blend of efficiency and composure. Riders seeking a more weight-focused, performance-led titanium road frame may look to the Eikon, while those wanting additional comfort and 4-season capability may prefer the Etape.

Finished in our signature brushed and bead-blasted titanium, the Elan reflects the same attention to detail found across the range, offering timeless looks alongside modern road performance.
