Pre-Order

With Pre-Order, you can purchase the latest items added to our store in advance of them arriving with us.

Your Pre-Order is prioritised (at no additional charge); meaning that as soon as the product arrives with us, we can wrap it straight back up; ready for collection via Click & Collect or despatch to you — it often never even hits the stock room shelves!

Pre-Launch

With Pre-Launch, the date when we expect to receive the product ourselves is still a little too hazy to be confident in accepting Pre-Orders.

So, instead, you can submit your email address against the item you are interested in and we will email you as soon as stock arrives on the system.

Estimated Delivery & Collection Dates

Estimated Delivery & Collection Dates are given on Pre-Order and Pre-Launch products. They are for indication purposes only and can change at any time without notice.

The dates we provide are based on indications given by our suppliers. Whenever we get updated information from our suppliers we will endeavour to update the Estimated Delivery & Collection Dates provided on product pages.

Hassle free returns

60 DAY UK RETURNS

We want you to be 100% happy with your shopping experience and offer an easy-to-use 60-day returns policy. We do not currently offer a free return policy, you will need to cover the cost of postage of the item back to us.

Customers shopping from Guernsey and Jersey are required to use our International Returns Policy. Please return your itemsunused and in original condition, as you received them, within 60 days from the date of purchase. Returns can take 8 to 10 working days to process.

If you wish to exchange an item for any reason, please place a new order for the things that you want. Please note that it is your responsibility to pay for the return postage costs, no postage costs are refundable. We cannot assume responsibility for returned items lost in the post. Your statutory rights are not affected.

If you're returning a faulty item, please contact us so we canassist you.

OUR RETURNS POLICY TERMS & CONDITIONS

  • All Itemswill be inspected upon return

  • We will add up to a 10% restocking fee for any returned products to cover our direct costs of fulfilment

  • Itemscan be tried on for sizing but not worn for activity - Please do not wear items next to the skin when trying on for hygiene reasons, shorts MUST be tried on with clean underwear

  • Itemsmust be returned with all original packaging and tags attached. Itemsreturned with incomplete or damaged packaging or missing or unattached tags may be refused or subject to a restocking fee

  • In the unlikely event that an item is returned to us in an unsuitable condition, we may have to send it back to you

  • Itemsreturned as unused/unworn, that have clearly been worn, washed or heat-moulded will be refused

  • Itemsreturned without a returns form fully completed could delay the process of your return

  • We cannot accept out-of-date or open-nutritionproducts

  • Do not apply the returns label to the original packaging. Please use a box or parcel bag for packaging the itemrather than applying the label to the item's packaging

  • We will not be able to return shoes that have been heat-moulded. Edinburgh Bike Fitting cannot be held accountable for improper heat moulding

  • Please retain your proof of postage

  • If you pay for a delivery service, we will not refund the delivery cost unless the item is faulty or the incorrect item has been sent to you

  • In the case of partial returns, Edinburgh Bike Fitting reserves the right to void any discounts and the customer will be liable to pay the full listed price advertised online

  • We do not offer an exchange programme at this time, please place a new order
